CATHEDRAL CITY, California — Home shoppers are invited to share the excitement this weekend, November 4 and 5, when master planned Verano celebrates its grand opening by giving away a 42” flat screen television to a lucky visitor. To be eligible, guests merely need to complete a “cruise” of the model homes at Verano’s three new neighborhoods on either Saturday or Sunday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. During “cruise” hours, complimentary refreshments will be offered at Village House, Verano’s luxurious community center, as well as at the model home centers at Cassia, Los Portales and Villa del Sol. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Verano will also host a live radio broadcast of the Desert’s popular EZ 103.1-FM, including live coverage of the prize drawing at 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Participating grand opening visitors should start their cruise at the Village House and receive their “passport,” tour the community and get it stamped at each sales center, and then turn it in at Village House.
